Job Role:
The person should be able to source and generate high-quality online B2B leads for Consumer Products. The ideal candidate will have experience using AI-based tools and techniques to identify and engage potential business clients. This role requires expertise in leveraging modern technology, strong analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset to contribute to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential B2B prospects.
Utilize AI-based tools and platforms to automate and optimize lead generation processes.
Conduct market research to understand target industries, demographics, and decision-makers.
Create and maintain a robust database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Analyze lead data to assess quality and conversion potential, and rene strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business goals.
Monitor industry trends and emerging AI tools to stay ahead in lead generation methodologies.
Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance, including key metrics and insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
3-6 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably for Consumer Durable / FMCG products Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in lead generation.
Strong understanding of CRM platforms and data management best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

MS Ofce Should be procient in MS Excel, PowerPoint for Data Analysis, Reports & Presentations
AI Tools Familiar with AI Tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Leadfeeder, Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot CRM & others will be an added advantage.
