    How to make Baba Ganoush

    • Heat gas grill, place eggplants and cook for 20 minutes or until the eggplants are thoroughly soft and tender. Remove eggplants from heat and keep them aside for 15 minutes.
    • Slit each eggplant with a sharp paring knife and empty content into a large bowl.
    • Move and distribute extracted eggplant to a salad spinner. Add garlic and lemon and stir continuously with a fork until a rough paste is attained. Add tahini, olive oil, salt, and stir thoroughly.
    • Pour in a serving bowl and serve with warm pita bread.
